(Self-Referrals are open to students from the first day of school until March 4th 2024.)

HAWK WELLNESS INFORMATION

The Hawk Wellness Center provides a safe and supportive environment to students who need support in social-emotional, behavioral, and or/ academic areas. During a duration of 6-8 weeks of short term school based counseling, which will be provided during schools hours. Services may include: individual/group counseling, case management, other appropriate educational interventions, and/ linkage to outside support. Additionally, the center provides a safe place for students to take a quiet, structured 15-minute break or complete a Hawk Check-In.

The services are free of charge and confidential!

How can I access support from the Hawk Center?

Students can self-refer and staff and faculty can refer.

Parents can contact their student’s school social worker/counselor if they would like to discuss a Wellness Referral.

Why would a student visit the Hawk Wellness Center?

Students visit the Wellness Center for a variety of reasons such as, but not limited to: group counseling, short term school-based counseling appointment, a wellness-check-in, crisis support, and to access outside community and wellness resources.
